Many of our graduates go on to pursue additional graduate work in the field of spiritual formation or direction, and they typically receive 6-12 credits for the RI certificate. Our closest partnerships include:
12 units of advanced standing (approximately 1/3 of the degrees) in the Master of Arts in Ministry or the Master of Arts in Spiritual Formation and Direction degrees.
For many years Richmont Graduate University has partnered with the Renovaré Institute to offer 12 units of advanced standing for those who complete the Renovaré Institute program of study. Dr. Gary Moon, director of the Dallas Willard Institute, was a member of the Richmont faculty and administration for over 20 years and was instrumental in the formation of these two degree programs. Every year, about 75% of our students choose us because of our commitment to Spiritual Formation. We offer masters and doctoral degrees, as well as certifications in Spiritual Direction. Our programs have both online and traditional formats, with face-to-face components in Portland and beautiful Cannon Beach, Oregon. Visit the website or call 503-554-6150 for more information.
