Meditation + Ask Nathan & Richard Foster Your Question
LETTER BY BRIAN MORYKON
Meditating on Scripture need not be laborious or taxing. In fact, it can be restful, refreshing, and a genuine delight — “How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!” (Ps 119:103)
We’re calling this week’s podcast an audio retreat. Josh Banner from The Invitation Podcast edited and scored Nathan Foster leading us through Psalm 131.
Have a question about meditation? Nathan and Richard Foster along with guests will be answering your questions on a podcast later this month. Reply to this email by Wednesday, March 21 with your question to have it considered.
