Experiments in Prayer
LETTER BY BRIAN MORYKON
First thing: Is there anything you want to ask Nathan and Richard Foster about prayer? Just reply to this email to have your question considered for the podcast later this month.
Chris Hall is with me in Tampa this week to film some online courses. We’re looking forward to sharing those with you soon.
Instead of a new podcast, I’d like to point you to The Role of Faith in Prayer by Dallas Willard. It’s a talk he gave awhile back at Azusa Pacific. It’s one of our most downloaded podcasts — and it’s a talk that has substantially shaped my own prayer life.
In line with Agnes Sanford’s excerpt this week, perhaps you’ll consider trying a prayer experiment. Ask God for something specific — anything that is good — and wait and watch for God’s specific answer.
With Expectancy,
Brian Morykon
