It is our great delight to introduce you to the next president of Renovaré.

Current president Chris Hall was kind enough to provide a year’s notice about his transition, which allowed for an unhurried and intentional presidential search. After hundreds of hours of prayer, research, interviews, and in-person visits, the Clearness Committee and Board voted unanimously about who should be offered the position.

We’re pleased that Ted Harro has accepted the call to become President of Renovaré.

Ted is a graduate of the Renovaré Institute and the founder of Noonday Ventures, a strategy and leadership development firm. He has studied and taught inside-out transformation for more than 20 years. Ted uses humor and creativity to make spiritual change accessible to people in a wide variety of marketplace and ministry contexts.

Ted and his wife Gretchen have been married since 1988 and have been partners in marriage ministry for over 25 years. They have invested in hundreds of couples as mentors, teachers, retreat leaders, writers, and co-founders of a ministry called Bright Star Marriage (read their blog here).

When asked about Ted, Chris Hall replied, God has been extremely gracious and heard our prayers. He’s the right person at the right time.”

Someone on staff asked Ted, What will you do in your first 100 days?

A lot of listening and learning.”

That tells you a lot about Ted. He begins his work as president in mid-February and we think you’ll enjoy getting to know him in the coming years.

Blessings,
The Renovaré Board
Richella Parham, Chair
