About Tina Dyer

Tina has 32 years of experience in the financial services industry in a variety of leadership roles. She is currently serving as a Senior Learning & Development Consultant and Vice President in Corporate Human Resources at a Fortune 50 company.

Tina is a visionary consultant, coach, racial equity diversity and inclusion strategist, and people developer, with more than 15 years of management experience that includes leading co-located and virtual teams. Tina has documented success as a facilitator who designs learning and development experiences that communicate complex concepts, while making them relevant to real life circumstances. Tina delivers impact through a collaborative and inclusive leadership style, exhibiting high degree of comfort in situations involving complexity and ambiguity. Tina is adept in leading dialogue in high-stake situations through advocacy by ensuring diverse perspectives are considered. Tina uses transformational listening and insightful questions that ignite reflection and serve as catalyst for new action. Tina is a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Tina holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California at Davis, and a master’s degree in Christian spiritual formation and leadership from Friends University, Wichita, KS. Tina is also an alumna of the Renovaré Institute. Tina possesses several learning and development certifications from nationally accredited organizations such as; Gallup, Human Facets, Ken Blanchard, VitalSmarts, and ZengerFolkman to name a few.
