Next Frontiers is a program that runs from January through November 2026, and is designed to help mid-career pastors thrive in congregational leadership during times of transition in ministry. The key features of the program include opportunities for reimagining our pastoral identity, fostering spiritual renewal and engaging in meaningful relationship with veteran ministers. Nathan Foster is an author and host of Life With God, a Renovaré Podcast. Formerly, he was an Associate Professor of social work and served as the Andrews Chair in Spiritual Formation at Spring Arbor University. He was also a licensed clinical social worker and certified addictions counselor. Nathan has published two books, including The Making of an Ordinary Saint: My Journey from Frustration to Joy with the Spiritual Disciplines.
Andrew Ranucci has led and served the local church for thirty years. Andrew now serves Christian leaders and churches through teaching, mentoring, spiritual direction, supervision and retreat leading. Andrew has a Bachelor of Theology and an M.A (Christian Leadership) through Australian College of Ministries, a Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Graduate Certificate in Pastoral Supervision from St Marks National Theological Centre.
