Thomasina Wharton is a dedicated spiritual leader and native Baltimorean who serves as the Director for the Center for Wellbeing at The Church of the Redeemer and the Chaplain of the Redeemer Parish Day School. With a mission to bridge the gap between mental health and spirituality, she offers a holistic approach to wellness through “holy listening,” contemplative arts, and nature-based practices.
A graduate of the Renovaré Institute and the Bon Secours Spiritual Direction Institute, Thomasina brings over 30 years of ministerial experience to her work. She previously served as Executive Pastor at Connexion Point Church and has a deep-rooted commitment to serving Baltimore’s youth and under-resourced communities. Whether guiding a child in the Day School or an adult in spiritual direction, Thomasina’s core gift is her ability to create a “sacred space” for others to find their way toward healing and wholeness.
