Melanie Hester is the Community Engagement Manager at Renovaré, where she stewards and cares for the people we serve by building communities united in Jesus and committed to spiritual formation and the “with-God” life. Melanie is passionate about the discipleship of children and has seen that passion expand through consistent engagement with spiritual disciplines, Ignatian prayer practices and her local church.

She lives in Morganton, North Carolina with her husband and three children, who will read just about anything they can get their hands on. Melanie loves to cook creatively and experiment with fermentation — think sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, etc.
