Liv serves as the Churches in Renewal Operations Manager. She is a certified spiritual director with a deep love for the local church and over twenty years of experience serving in ministry spaces both on and off church staff. Having grown up as a ministry kid, she developed an early understanding of the beauty and complexity of church life, and a lasting passion for creating spaces that foster spiritual formation, meaningful connection, and faithful stewardship behind the scenes. Her work has centered particularly in worship, spiritual formation, and administrative leadership, where she has learned to hold both discernment and implementation together with care.

Passionate about helping God-given dreams take sustainable shape, Liv lives at the intersection of vision and practice—helping individuals, ministries, and communities explore not only the what and why of their calling, but also the how. She is especially drawn to building rhythms, structures, and pathways that allow good work to flourish with integrity and longevity.

Liv lives in Colorado Springs with her husband Blake and their three children. She is an avid reader and matcha drinker who loves cooking, hiking, and traveling somewhere beautiful whenever she can.
