About
First Love is an opportunity to recenter your connection with Jesus. This four-day, three-night Renovaré retreat gives pastors and ministry leaders in pastoral roles a chance to reconnect with God in a safe space among others who understand the pastoral calling with all of its joys and challenges.
Our relationship with the Lord forms and grows slowly, layer upon layer, through our personal encounters with God’s loving Presence. This bond with God is the core that shapes us and empowers our ministry. So returning to that central relationship, protecting and strengthening that bond with Father, Son, and Spirit, is essential to our spiritual health and our ability to pastor others.
Who It’s For
This retreat is designed specifically for those in pastoral roles — pastors and ministry leaders from all Christian traditions, men and women, who:
- care deeply about their congregation’s depth and renewal in Christ,
- feel called to cultivate authentic, formational community,
- know that they can only give what they first receive from God.

Location
Nestled on over 700 breathtaking acres, Glen Eyrie Conference Center in Colorado Springs serves as a sanctuary and safe haven of transformation and inspiration. Lodging will take place in one of Glen Eyrie’s lodges, and all main sessions will be held in the Castle Great Hall. Rooms include two queen-sized beds, a bathroom, a desk, and a sitting chair.

FAQ
Glen Eyrie is 30 Minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport (COS) and 90 Minutes from Denver Airport (DEN).
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the retreat.
Check-in will start on Monday, April 5, at 4:00 p.m., with the first session starting at 5:30 p.m. The event will conclude at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 8. Attendees are encouraged to join the retreat team for lunch after the event ends.
Attendance is limited to fifty pastors and ministry leaders.
For this event, the team has decided it will be best for spouses not to attend unless they also serve as pastors or ministry leaders and will be attending the sessions. Our goal is to create an environment where pastors and ministry leaders can fully focus on what the Lord may have for them.

You may cancel your registration on or before Wednesday, February 3, 2027, and receive a full refund minus a $60 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after Wednesday, February 3, 2027. If Renovaré cancels the event for any reason, we will either reschedule the retreat or issue a full refund of your registration payment.
