About the Author
Elane O’Rourke is pastor of discipleship and spiritual formation in a Nashville congregation. She also writes and curates content for the Dallas Willard Center and for Christian Simplicity. Elane completed her doctorate in spiritual formation in 2014, with Dallas Willard’s work as the dissertation topic. A former philosophy professor, Elane completed the Renovaré Institute for Spiritual Formation and holds advanced degrees in philosophy, women’s studies, and divinity.
